1. Sales and Marketing Director

Job Description:

  • Manage sales and marketing activities of the Bureau
  • Manage P&L
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to overachieve all targets and develop sterling customer relationships
  • Lead and motivate a marketing team to strategize, develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing Plan to support the Bureau's vision and mission
  • Lead in Product Management and continuous product development
  • Lead in PR activities and manage PR agency
  • Lead in all customer and business partner events
  • Manage all customer and business partner relationships
  • Responsible for payment collection
  • Responsible for talent development
  • Continuously fine tune processes to obtain optimum team performance
  • Prepare relevant reports and proposals to Senior Management and Board of Directors for approval
  • Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time
  • Reports to the Chief Executive Officer

Requirements:

  • Degree preferably in marketing or related discipline
  • Corporate / Banking background preferred
  • Minimum 5 years managerial experience

  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia ( proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage)

2. Account Relationship Manager

Job Description:

  • Responsible for key account management and development of strategic relationships with Corporate Clients to ensure continuous repeat business with the Bureau
  • Perform business development role by conceptualizing, planning, leading and organizing customer events
  • Plan and execute programs for targeted vertical markets to generate new sales prospects
  • Solicit new Clients and acquire new business to overachieve targets
  • Delight clients by value adding to long term business relationships
  • Attend business networking events
  • Review business pipeline with Senior Management of the Bureau on a weekly basis
  • Work with the Marketing team to execute the Marketing Plan
  • Represent the Bureau's professional identity
  • Conduct training for Clients

Requirements:

  • Degree preferably in banking & finance related discipline
  • Proven track record in corporate sales and KPI driven
  • Proven outstanding ability in relationship management
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent presentation skills to Senior Management level
  • Independent and self motivated with a strong desire to succeed and overachieve measurable results and objectives
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Ability to communicate and interact comfortably with all levels of corporate hierarchy

3. IT Assistant Manager

Job Description:

  • Ensure operational availability, performance and security of all IT related components, systems and infrastructure to meet business demands.
  • Perform database ETL tasks, produce ad-hoc queries and develop reports from system for business users.
  • Be the first point of contact for all IT related matters and issues, responsible to coordinate and monitor escalation process with vendors.
  • Perform and facilitate IT diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and break-fix tasks for IT systems and peripherals, with the assistance of vendors.
  • Ensure proper and up-to-date documentation of IT structure, layout, systems, asset records and procedures for easy reference.
  • Ensure compliance of all employees to defined IT Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintain and ensure readiness of Disaster Recovery Centre, with the assistance of DR vendor and other vendors.
  • Liaise with all relevant 3rd parties on IT related matters and issues.
  • Monitor and ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met and liaise with vendors to ensure contract fulfillment is performed.
  • Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or its related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 year(s) relevant working experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with a meticulous and accountable approach to work.
  • Ability to multi-task, work proactively and thrive in a small team environment.
  • Database experience with Oracle and MS-SQL will be essential.
  • Strong working experience in Windows, J2EE, JAVA and Oracle environment.
  • Possess good knowledge in maintenance of PC, server, network, storage and security systems and hardware.
  • Having knowledge in IVR/CTI and PABX is an advantage.
 
4. Data Analyst

Job Description:

  • Data analytic reports: produce data analysis reports in a timely fashion as per required specification
  • Data validation: Use best effort and resources to validate data accuracy
  • Project analysis: Undertake analysis for specific project work as required
  • Product development: work with Biz Development/ and members (Financial Institutions) to develop new analytic products for use by the business/Bureau members
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis
  • Develop and maintain procedural scripts
  • Develop and maintain content for online information portal
  • Maintaining proper documentations
  • Reconcile output numbers against source data
  • Attend to client data request and data query

Requirements:

  • Able to write complex sql script
  • Working knowledge in MS Excel & Ms Access
  • Having working knowledge with Crystal Report/Crystal Xcelsius will be helpful
  • Experience working with large dataset
  • Careful and pay attention to details to ensure data accuracy
  • Possess a Degree, preferably Statistics or IT
  • Experience in database management
  • Well versed in Relational Database
  • Strong data analytical skills preferably in credit data
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Understanding of Credit Rating
 
5. Legal & Special Projects Executive

Job Description:

  • Manage and advise on all legal matters pertaining to the Company's business; including subscription agreements, contracts, terms of business and other legal documents.
  • Provide counsel to Company on applicable laws, legislations and guidelines which are related to the credit bureau business.
  • Vetting, reviewing and drafting of terms in respect of Agreements, Contracts and other legal documents between the Company and its members, business partners and third parties.
  • Attending to legal issues in respect of Agreements, Contracts and other legal documents between the Company and members, business partners and third parties.
  • Perform continuous legal research to ensure the Company is updated on and complies with existing, changes and new credit bureau related laws, legislations and guidelines.
  • Ensure all legal related functions are performed objectively, comprehensively and accurately with attention to detail.
  • Facilitate and manage assigned projects to further enhance the Company's business and operations.
  • Reports to the Chief Operating Officer for legal related functions.
  • Reports to the Operations Team Leader for special projects related functions.
  • Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Degree or Diploma, preferably in Law.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with a meticulous and accountable approach to work.
  • Ability to multi-task, work proactively and thrive in a small team environment.
  • Ability to perform well to achieve task objectives under pressure of tight timelines.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with tact and discretion.
  • Working experience in a legal capacity will be advantageous.
  • Good oral and written English / Bahasa Malaysia.
